What I Offer
Maths & English Tuition
I predominantly teach Maths & English and this is for all ages up to GCSE-level. I either teach specific topics requested by parent/carer or the child themselves, or I can create my own personalised programme for that child with the national curriculum in mind. See below for example topics for each key stage.
Science Tuition
Due to increasing demand, I now also offer science tuition. At KS1 and KS2, the curriculum is mainly focused on Maths & English, so requests for this are rare. However, I teach all three sciences at KS3 and GCSE-level, as well as offering Biology and Chemistry at A Level. See below for example topics for each subject.
Mentoring & Mental Health Support
I have a real passion for improving the mental health of the next generation of children and young people. I don’t want children to make the same mistakes I did, thinking life is solely about passing exams and grades on a piece of paper. I therefore am hoping to do a mental health first aid qualification in the summer of 2024 and use this, along with the wealth of experience from my own difficulties, to help children have a true sense of self-esteem and confidence. I am looking to expand this part of the business more and have some exciting ideas for the future.

Confidence and Self-Esteem Workshops
Bespoke, tailored confidence workshops, looking at skills, qualities and personal attributes, as well as other techniques to boost self-esteem.
1:1 Sessions
With the option of group sessions if appropriate, e.g study groups with peers during exam periods.
